Hi, my name's Avril Taperell and I'm a reflexologist from Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

I qualified as long ago as 1999 and since then I have been able to help a good many people to lead better and more fulfilling lives. Soon after I qualified, I studied Indian Head Massage to obtain a Diploma.

But my interest in reflexology did not end there. I have spend the last few years looking deeper into Zone Therapy and into the way that everything in the body is connected with everything else by the medium of the ever present life force we call chi.

In this I have been assisted by my writer husband, Mike, who is very interested in life energy and its use in healing.

Outside of reflexology, I am interested in Angel Therapy and in other forms of energy healing.
